  • muster asks for MCP protocol version 2025-11-25 instead of 2024-11-05 whenever it acts as an MCP client: every downstream transport (stdio, SSE, streamable HTTP, dynamic-auth) and the agent client. A backend that supports only an older revision answers with that one and keeps working. (#1029)
  • core_service_status and core_mcpserver_get report protocolVersion for a connected MCP server: the revision that backend answered with during the handshake. The value can differ per backend.
  • The aggregator no longer advertises the resources.subscribe capability. resources/subscribe now returns METHOD_NOT_FOUND. resources.listChanged is unchanged and still fires. (#1030)

  • The agentgateway component now resolves from the 1.x chart line. The wrapper chart left 0.x at 0.1.0; every release since is 1.0.x, so the 0.x range held the component on a chart that vendors a v1.3.1 controller. 1.0.11 is the first release that vendors v1.4.1.

  • The agentgateway controller and proxy image tags are no longer pinned here. Both now come from the agentgateway wrapper chart: the controller from the vendored subchart’s appVersion (v1.4.1), the proxy from that chart’s own proxy.image.tag. The gsoci.azurecr.io registry overrides stay. Gateway API 1.6 (shipped by gateway-api-bundle 1.19.0) serves TCPRoute at v1 only, and v1.2.1 watches v1alpha2: its TCPRoutes informer never syncs, /readyz never answers, and the install fails the startup probe.
