backstage release v0.65.0

In this release:

• Ingress annotations have been made configurable in the Helm chart;
• hostnames configuration has been moved to ingress.hostnames;
• Sentry configuration on the backend has been fixed. See ./docs/releases/v0.65.0-changelog.md for more information.
