(agent-platform) Link the first-agent invitation to the create form by @teemow — On an empty Agents or Sessions tab, Create your first agent is a link to the create form, so it opens the form however it is clicked, also in a new tab.
(gs) Keep pre-release bounds and v-tags on the Edit button by @teemow — On a deployment’s page, Edit keeps a range such as >=1.0.0-0 <3.0.0 as a custom range, so an unchanged edit no longer stops upgrades to 3.0.0-rc.1. A current version such as v1.2.4 pre-fills the same mode as 1.2.4.
