• (agent-platform) Show a missing release file as information under the skills table by @marians — When Update all skills to latest cannot open a pull request because the agent is defined elsewhere in GitOps, the dialog says Skills cannot be updated here under the skills table instead of an orange warning, explains where to change the pins and offers only Close.
