backstage release v3.11.0

(agent-platform) The session view shows its egress refusals by @teemow — When an agent’s sandbox is refused an outbound host, the session shows Egress refused: <host>:<port> on the turn that met it, with the reason, the count and the origin to add to the agent’s Extra egress origins. Needs the installation’s metrics.
(muster) A Usage tab on the connector page by @marians — A connector’s page has a Usage tab with Tool calls, Error ratio, p95 latency and Tools used over the last 30 days, a table per tool and, for a connector family, per instance. A tool’s page shows the same figures for that tool.
