(agent-platform) Show no Harness turn limits by @teemow — The new agent wizard’s runtime choice, its review step and the agent status card no longer show a Harness’s budget and turn cap, which kagent 1.12.0 removed from the Harness. A session’s cost still lists the cost the runtime reports.

(agent-platform) Read the agents roster per namespace if forbidden by @teemow — For a person allowed to read kagent resources only in some namespaces, the Agents roster, a connector’s Used by tab and a model’s agents list the agents in those namespaces instead of saying they could not read the environment.
(muster, ui-react) Keep the MCP sign-in notice clear of the wizard footer by @teemow — The MCP sign-in notice in the bottom right sits above whatever is docked at the bottom of the page, so it no longer covers the new agent wizard’s Continue and Create and takes their clicks.
