• (ci) Stop node-build flakes from jest worker oversubscription by @teemow — The node-build job runs ESLint and the build with 2 threads and Jest with 4 workers, so Verify no longer runs out of memory and kills its Postgres container. Two heavy render tests get a 20-second timeout.
