Update to Zot v2.1.22 (upstream chart 0.1.127). On-demand sync now copies only the platform a client requests instead of every platform of a multi-arch image, and extensions.sync.registries[].onDemandInBackground can return a miss immediately while the image syncs in the background. preserveDigest is deprecated and ignored, Docker media types need http.compat: ["docker2s2"].
config sets config.json as a YAML object, rendered into a Secret. The config volume is a projected volume and the pod checksum annotations are renamed to checksum/configFiles and checksum/secretFiles, so pods roll once on upgrade.
